VOCAL FOR LOCAL : PLEDGE IT AND IMPLEMENT IT

Vocal for local: Can India afford self-reliance or is it a slogan ...

With the rise in Anti China sentiments and chants of " Atma nirbhar Bharat" , every citizen in the country has stooped down to buy and use purely Indigenous products. Huge organizations throughout the country are devising new indigenous product which is indeed , a positive sign for the whole nation. Not only organizations but individuals are also working diligently in order to achieve success in bringing indigenous product. Our goal of Self Reliance is not going to be easy but We can make it simple and convenient by following the path of " VOCAL FOR LOCAL" . In this path , we would formally advertise about all the products which are Indigenous and would try to accommodate them into our Lifestyle.  This will help and encourage all the Indian companies to increase their production and will help them to earn a name in the Global business and Economy. As citizens, It's our duty to perform actions which are in the favour of Nation. We need to buy , use and advertise openly about all the local as well as Indigenous products which will gradually manouveour the Nation towards the Paramount.

Go Vocal For Local – What does it really mean for Indian Businesses

The Indian markets are flooded with foriegn companies which manufacture their goods in India which has helped remove unemployment. Moreover, foriegn companies are showing their faith in Indian manufacturing units due to which our country is a home to the Headquarters of the flourishing companies in the world. Seeing , our manufacturing pace , many companies have started chains and collaborations with the Indian companies as their subsidiary units. In this way , we are using both Indigenous as well as foriegn goods.  Unilever , Samsung and many other foriegn juggernauts have invested their money in the Indian subcontinent with an idea of revenue expansion and Large scale profit. Though , we are using the products from outside companies , we need to rely upon the Indian companies as well. India is a home to numerous companies and startups , which over the years have turned out be the finest in the world. Seeing their immense success , we need to buy and use their products in order to prove our mettle in the world economy. Indian giants such as ITC , Dabur , Tata have done extremely well in the last few decades and stand out apart representing our nation in the Global arena. These companies account for a huge turnover and their mind boggling revenue has helped our Economy to grow. They have vast production units and have fully mechanized system. They have owned world's best companies and are currently rolling the dices around the world share markets. When it comes to us , we refuse to buy their products which is not an ideal thing to do. In fact , very few people refuse to buy their products which doesn't affects these giants at all. The whole of India has shown their love and support to them which has made their products even more pure and trustworthy.
ITC , also known as the Indian Tobacco Company was established back in 1910 and is currently headquartered in Kolkata . Over the years , it has flourished above and beyond the ropes and has emerged as India's first multinational conglomerate. It is indeed a giant and thus , accounts for a wide range of products which are distributed and used globally . This company has ram-shackled most of it's foriegn opponents which has made it's revenue to expand more and more. This company produces fully indigenous products and maintains an elite quality of all of them . The whole of India uses it's wide range of products and over the years , has become India's no 1 brand. This company is gradually , stirring the the nation towards the path of self Reliance.  Tata , established by the icon J.R.D Tata , is a mammoth in the Indian as well as global market . Just like Tata , it is a multinational conglomerate and has achieved far reaching results. Tata's emergence as a firepower in the automobile industry stunned the whole world. Apart from normal cars , Tata was the first Indian company which devised the Multi Utility vehicle for the Indian army . Moreover , Tata is a supplier from specialized amours as well as Tanks for the Indian army. Over the last few years , Tata's revenue has jumped up to 10 % of it's initial one.

It offers a wide range of products and hence is the supplier of the perfect quality of Indigenous good in the country. The raw materials used by the company are conjured itself in the country . This is indeed a matter of pride for every Indian. It's cars are of world's best quality with a fine star studded finish. These two companies currently hold India's share market and our multiplying their products in a well paced manner. The electronic sector in the India is nearly dependent on most of Chinese products , but , after the emergence of giants like Usha , havells and orient in the Indian markets this fact has been defied wrong. These newly engaged companies are working amazingly well and upto certain extent have dethroned many Chinese manufacturing unit. These companies produce some of the best quality electronics in our country which are reliable , durable and cheap. They are better than poor Chinese electronics. The whole of India uses these electronic products. The best thing about these companies are - they keep upgrading and enhancing new products due to which the people and all the buyers are easily attracted . These products have a tag written in bold letters saying "MADE IN INDIA". They bring about a variety of products including fans , LED lights and small switches and sockets all of which are made in our country. We need to encourage these companies by using more and more of their products . I use them .... Do you ??

Amul:Brand Audit

Home-grown Amul, Mother Dairy, Britannia giving MNCs like Nestle ...

When it comes to food and beverage manufacturing , India stands tall in the global arena. Having the giant companies in the nation , We are the largest producer of food and beverages in the world. Companies like Nestle , Britania , Amul are some of the giants of the Indian market and manufacture products which are 100 % indigenous . Nestle , a giant in this field , though a Swiss company has setup more than 100 outlets across the country and India with its supreme manufacturing skills has given it back what it had expected. A huge amount is given by Nestle to us as an incentive , which is indeed a big deal. Revenue in the Food & Beverages segment is projected to reach US$5,880m in 2020. Revenue is expected to show an annual growth rate (CAGR 2020-2024) of 14.4%, resulting in a projected market volume of US$10,058m by 2024. User penetration will be 11.1% in 2020 and is expected to hit 21.5% by 2024. These facts justify the manufacturing capability of the nation and hence , we have been always advertising our local products. Many small but successful companies have started flourishing in various states across the nation . Sudha , a co-operative in Bihar is a well paced company and thus accounts for a huge production of dairy as well as products of Animal husbandry in the state . It is one of the few organizations whose exemplary manufacturing pace has stunned the nation . The fine quality products made by the co-operative has a huge fan base in the state and people love it. Many other such organizations such as Amul , Mother Dairy are well established in the nation and their production units and outlets are spread across the country. They all started from a very small revenue but have now grown immensely such that they rule the food and beverage sector of the nation. Their dedication and diligence has helped millions to earn money . They continue to work for the country. In India , ice cream companies too have their reign. It is a home many small companies which are flourishing in a proper manner conjuring up a good amount of revenue.

What happened to Micromax, Intex, Lava and other Indian smartphone ...

Indian Laptop Companies: Here is a list of Laptops that are Made ...

When it comes to mobile companies , India has been a short term failure as well as a winner . I say so because , India accommodates many companies which are an expert in production of mobile phones , Laptops and computers but they failed to  fix their legs in the Indian electronics sector. They were once , very successful but were later dethroned by the Chinese mobile companies . They , still have not returned to the Indian markets but a ray of hope arise when India progresses towards self Reliance. Indian companies such as Micromax , Intex and Lava are now the story found in old magazines as they failed to capitalize on their early success. We , as Indians need to think and interrogate - Do we need to buy expensive Chinese phones ?? Or Can we but Indigenous products made by Indigenous companies. There is no doubt , that there are some minor flaws with the companies but if we give them a single chance , I am sure that they will surely bounce back . The Indian companies still sell their products on Amazon and Flipkart but they fail to succeed due to the negligence of us. They also produce cool products and maintain a decent quality which can be looked upon once , If we unite ..... The Chinese companies now stand , just because of their superior quality and bulk production but remember , our companies too , can do so and give them a fight. I am sure they will do it , if we give them some space in our lives . Companies like Iball produce Laptops and tabs which are very cool and can be bought . They have the same features as Lenovo or HP and are cheaper too. They are however , overshadowed by the Chinese companies but can be given a try.
The Indian textile and fabrics industry is famous all over the world. Our nation is a home to tons of factories and successful companies which are recognized all around the world. Manufacturing and innovation has been their greatest strength due to which they have been ranked globally . Flying Machine , Jini and Jony , palm Tree and Louis Phillipe are some of the juggernauts of the textile industry and have gone way beyond the Indian borders . Our manufacturing has been the best in the world and multinational brands have setup numerous outlets across the country.

JUSTICE FOR SUSHANT RAJPUT : STOP NEPOTISM

Shushant Singh Rajput , a veteran actor passed away aged 34 where he committed suicide by hanging himself at his home in Bandra. His demise sent shock waves across India and the B - Town mourned his death. He was one of the most versatile actors , in the current generation and amazed everyone with his sublime acting skills. He was from Bihar and was born in Patna due to which he was always mocked by the society. Shushant , did his primary schooling from St Karens school , Patna and interestingly , was an absolute genius in his studies. From the beginning , He was very hardworking and even won the national olympiad for the subject Physics. His passion and dedication for the subject of Science , helped him to crack the AIEEE exam where he secured the 7th rank. From Childhood, He always wanted to become an astronaut but his dreams couldn't be fulfilled as he later , started developing interest in Acting . The Times changed and the Fortune decided to make him an actor. He was a genius in acting too and pulled out some super hit films including Mahendra Singh Dhoni's Biopic which just changed the complexion of his life. Directors started looking for him and Success was touching his feet on every occasion. The Patnaite was slowly earning a name in the Bollywood and was proving all his criticizers wrong . He was a merry lad and used to laugh at small things. In short , He was a jolly person but something opposite happened , When the news came that Shushant Singh Rajput had committed suicide In his home. This news had shook everybody and for every single Indian it was a fact which was , literally , hard to believe. It was for us , that the whole and heavy sky had fallen upon us and everyone waited for the announcement that it was a rumor . Sadly , it was not and the Champion had left this world , Too early , too soon.

His real reason behind committing suicide has still not been known but speculations still linger around everywhere. The Police department and the Crime branch , Mumbai are still investigating on this case but still there is no perfect answer and everywhere there is uncertainty. According to some sources, This fact also has come to light that Shushant was under treatment as he was suffering from Depression and used to visit the doctor frequently. The cause of depression , According to some experts and Co - actors was the Nepotism and the injustice that was done by the Indian Bollywood industry to him . Certainly , This talented lad was ignored by everyone and The lavish actors used to pass on comments on him. He did his job perfectly , but wasn't acknowledged at any occasion . He , was the actor who was very passionate about his work and used to work hard for it but the shadow of nepotism killed this Young sensation .

Nepotism is like a scar and is  the most unjust act which is done to any employee, worker , sports person , or any actor . Let's understand what Nepotism is : It is a way of surpassing others talents by taking or being given a wrong privilege just because a family member has been the part of it previously and has done extremely well there. This form of mental torcher is easily visible in our society be it any field. People , make full use of their wrong privileges and hence shatter the hopes of a common man who has come up well , preparing and working hard to achieve it. It implies that you are becoming succesful on the name of your family members and you don't have your own talents and skills but you are surpassing materialistically those who have really worked hard for it. In the case of Shushant's death , We come to know that he had been rejected by the producers several times recently due to which he lost 7 movies. He was neglected by the politics and nepotism of Bollywood and now His personality is now a matter of pages inside History books and Magzines. Before this case, Nothing of this sort had been disclosed but after his death , The dark reality of The Indian Cinema was exposed.Shushant's personality was like a benchmark for youngsters but overshadowed by the black Bollywood , He gave up his life. He , was truly a hard working person and had a kind of fascination in every bit of him. He , deserved a lot but was given nothing which made his steps to falter in the way of life, full of success and longevity. Nepotism in the Bollywood is easily seen very easily , where the kids of Stars in the arena make their way through easily and swiftly without suffering pains and problems. Here comes , the gap between the star kids and common talents where they are mocked , made fun and are bullied by the people in the Industry. One , common Boy like Shushant who has put every bit of himself  in acting is neglected and dethroned , just because of a kind of reservation which is full of politics and sub standard thoughts. We come to know that Shushant had been done so , many a times in the past but this boy didn't react to it and put up a display of his generosity and simplicity. He kept quiet and the failure , defame and all sorts of harassment done to him , made him hollow from inside. He had no body to talk in the last moments which discouraged him . He , couldn't bear the pain he was given by this ugly bollywood. Sara Ali khan , Ananya Pandey and many other actors are product of nepotism and if observed carefully , They don't posses the talent which the late actor had. They just have been pushed into this industry by the hook and crook of some directors but are just polluting the Industry by their poor skills. This Industry needs to be mended , otherwise , It will become a place for a nepoted actors and talents who will snatch away the opportunities of diligent generations. We , need to think optimistically and we should stop this disease from spreading in our society. We can do this by promoting talents in our locality or in our family and should preach them the message of righteousness.

Not only the actors , but the production houses in The Indian cinema are a huge supporter of Nepotism. Dharma productions and Salman khan productions are the two most reputed in the Bollywood industry but the fact is, that they have earned names by promoting Star kids. They always search for the Nepoted actors thereby , surpassing the self - made actors and their dreams to become stars. Karan Johar , one of the world's best movie directors,  many a times , has proven that he is the most foolish person in the film industry . He has been the supporter of Nepotism from a long time and he has continued to do so.The films made by him will more or less contain stars like Alia Bhatt , Sonakshi sinha , Tiger Shroff and many more actors which are just mere products of this rubbish reservation system . Self made actors like Vicky Kaushal , Pankaj Tripathi , Sanjay Mishra have always been deliberately trolled by these production houses due to which they re discover  themselves in a kind of movie , which just rules the Indian box office. Some actors , bring out their best and have proven many a times in their movies but the production houses such as Dharma and YRF fail to make good movies inspite a star studded crew . These production houses are the biggest cause of the downfall of self made champions and will more or less , try to show and pretend their good side when a star is thrown  from the Industry.

Self made actors and sensations have no place in the Bollywood industry and easily flop without making much impact. In some or the other way , as fans are also responsible for this as we promote only those stars which are capable of movies have an artificial and materalistic story consisting of some action scenes . We need to Change the point of view from which we think. The real fact lies here that more than 50 % of the Indian population demands for vague and impulsive action movies due to which directors and producers too , try to take the Star kids in their main role , very few of us like to watch goood biopics and movies on socio - cultural aspects which atleast , have a good morale at their end. We also have become very selfish and undoubtedly , we need to get over it . We should stop promoting these kind of movies and should focus on watching movies based on real stories and science.
For instance : Ranveer Singh's and Alia Bhatt's movie named " Gully Boy" rocked the Indian theatres with it's performance but if thought optimistically , It was a rubbish movie which really had a very poor story and screenplay. On the other hand , Akshay kumar's movie " Kesari" , based on the real story of valor of 21 sikh soldiers , was more or less a flop in the cinema as it couldn't earn the right amount of money it deserved. Akshay's diligence and hardwork was visible in the movie but the Indian population ignored it.  This is what Nepotism and injustice is . People , easily say that Shushant died as he was suffering from depression but They still don't know that this Black bollywood mudered his dreams and ultimately compelled him to commit suicide and run away from life.

Bollywood Stars Who Established Their Career Without Nepotism ...

Netizens to Filmfare: It's unfair

The above two pictures speaks it all , the flaws of our industry and us. We need to change it and raise our voices against it.

The death of this Veteran actor , left behind itsef ,many mysteries which yet , remain to be unsolved. The speculations , that he died because of the Nepotism , according to me looks 100 % correct in this scenario. If it is so , We need to stop this disease from spreading and should promote real talents by watching movies, worthy of appreciation. Our society is a  storehouse of nepots but it can get rid of it , when we are aware . This actor , had every thing but didn't showed the courage to stand against the odds but We , as his fans can pay our tribute to him by dethroning those people who are not worthy of fame ....
LET'S RAISE OUR VOICE AGAINST NEPOTISM.....
LET'S STOP IT ....
LET'S HAVE JUSTICE FOR SHUSHANT....

WHY SUICIDE ?? ENJOY YOUR LIFE BUT DON'T SHOW YOUR COWARDICE. :( A MESSAGE TO ALL YOUNGSTERS AND PARENTS)

The Almighty has given us this beautiful life as a long journey to the earth and back to heaven. It is full of agathokakalogical elements and hence We have to think upon , wait and negotiate. It's a long journey and it bears the fruit depending upon our deeds or  KARMA. God has sent us on this journey with an objective or a goal to make us a perfect human being and to prove his creation right. As , We come on the Earth, From the very first moment , our life , our journey starts which ends as we die. We come here in the form of Infants but evolution takes place , and gradually we proceed on in our journey , with growth and maturation. As the Child crosses the age of 10 , he is engulfed in the materialistic world ,and he is taught how to chase success but is never taught to tackle failure. He is always hit by high expectations right from the beginning of his academic career and If failure comes in front of him , he is not able to cope up with it and ends up getting depressed. He is sad and sorrow grips him badly such that it incarnates into fear , which is of continuous failures. These things cause the Child's brain to react negatively to it and thoughts of suicide arise in the mind. He is very badly hit and loses his mental stability which has drastic consequences. These consequences shatter the whole family and their , dreams , objectives and goals are dashed into the dirt. The High and Impulsive expectations of the parents make the child coward due to which , in times of failures , he can't stand courageously , facing it and instead end up in giving up their lives. In the current scenario or rather in the current generation , it has become a huge problem and a fault where the children are getting introvert and never speak up to their parents or kins due to which the the invisible load inside them , takes the form of death. This life is very precious and it gives us a chance to prove our mettle to everyone out there , in the world of competetion. They commit suicide because they are afraid of failures , They commit suicide because they fear of what the society will think about them and lastly , They commit suicide because they don't have the self belief that they will rise again , fight and win against all the odds and even the most adverse situation but they forget these words that the result never decides whether we are a failure or a winner but our diligence , our effort and our hard try decides we win or lose. Pierre de Coubertin , The founder of Modern Olympics once said " Winning or losing in the Olympics has no importance but What matters the most is your effort and try which you induct while you participate."

The youngsters today have become so coward that they never disclose anything to their parents and then take wrong steps which is very dear to them for their whole life. They have lost the tendency to speak up , boldly . Parents , too tell or teach their children how to succeed but they never teach their children as to how to deal with failures. They always keep conditions in the form of incentives in front of their child who is going to give an exam . They have too much expectations from their children which they fail to cope up. They say " Son , I will gift you a car when you clear this exam " . Keeping , this common statements in my mind , I interrogate them that Is this the correct way to encourage them just for the sake that when they succeed , the whole colony will come and congratulate you and you will become a famous person because of your son's achievement. You , never said " Son , If you fail , then also I will gift you a grand watch. The parents of the modern times need to change the way they think about the success and failures . I  am a youngster but I am proud of my parents as they didn't only teach only me to be successful but also taught me as to how to deal with failure. They didn't burden me with me their expectations and let me free in this open world where I could think and relax. A tip for parents : Instead of penetrating your eyes in your mobile phones , Talk to your kids and make them feel that there is someone who can help them in any problems. Don't judge them when they are tensed or are undergoing a period of failure. Always , try to act as friends to them and keep inspiring them with your experiences in order to avoid emptiness which they feel when they have failed

The Children in the current scenario , too are the culprits of the drastic consequences that take place. They have become very sophisticated now days and are shattered easily in the face of adversity. To avoid this , They should inculcate mental toughness as it plays the role of an anchor when you are stuck in a difficult situation . It makes you more resilient and makes you feel more strong and hence you will always face any difficult situation in the world. Today , the biggest cause of suicides is the depression which doesn't have any logical reason but it's just a state of mind where everything turns out to be negative and nothing goes good. If not disclosed outside , especially in youngsters , it gobbles up your inner self and makes you hollow or empty from inside. You feel , that this is the end and finally , you give up - But , remember , your parents didn't give up in nurturing you . They fought and hence you should . According to a study , nearly 6 lac youngsters commit suicide every year , out of which 1.5 lac are Indians . In India , your career is given the utmost importance and respect such that the youngsters feel their lives as cheaper than their studies. Under the immense pressure of their studies , when they keep on failing due to the vast syllabus , they give up and commit suicides. But Why ?? , Does it take no pain bring you up from that mere age till now ?? , Then , Why you all leave this earth at those mere ages of 20 and 25 and make this earth , a hell place for your parents ?? . We all know , that careers and studies are very important but interestingly, it comprises nearly 20 % of your life. The youngsters now days , are socially very weak due to which they fail to convey their shortcomings and problems to their parents . They are too much engaged in the technology that they don't even know what meditation and Yoga is . They have superficial knowledge but don't have any practical knowledge due to which they fail to implement the ethics or the moral code when they move out for studies. At times , studying becomes too much hectic and can cause depression but keeping your mind calm and tranquil at that time is the best way to overcome it . Doing Yogasanas , Meditation , Pranayama will remove all the negativity and will spring out the fountain of positivity in your mind.  If any adversity greets you , fight with it like a warrior not like a coward . Never give up and keep fighting until win. This world is a fiend's place and will never commemorate when you do good but don't be sad. Always do your deeds and the Almighty will bear you the fruits. When you have met failure , it's just because of your shortcoming or your irresponsibility and thus , keeping This in mind always have the courage to admit in front of anyone . You may be going through a string of failures but keep trying hard and I am sure, One day or the other you will rise.  In the current scenario , the youngsters who fail , give up in a single try and fear to tread further . They display their cowardice and hence give up fro life , instead of battling out the adversity. It's the biggest problem in the current generation and we all need to find a solution for it. From , the time when we are born to the age of 14 , we are in our comfort zone. Once , we step out from there , We enter the world of competition , where the circumstance are totally different but we should increase our adaptability skills . The whole life is full of thorns but remember , the killer attitude will always keep the fire inside you alive but once you give up, This conjuring world will never forgive you. They will never support you and will misjudge you but to be strong is the winner's attitude. No one will make you depressed unless you consider their words.
" Just become dumb to this ghastly world and march on with a free mind "
Enjoy your life and never show cowardice......

The president of the India is the supreme commander of the Indian army and has the right to resolve any issues among them . The army cadets are lion hearted people and are ready to give up and sacrifice their life for the country. The soil of India has produced some gems of BHARAT MATA in the form of Indian army . They are omnipotent forces. Ranging from the towering Himalayas to the slopes of east , they stand there proudly guarding their pious nation with their heads soaring high . They are resolve and restraint which , they have proved right many a times during time of wars. The first war fought by the Indian army was in 1947 known as the first Indo - Pak war , in which India comprehensively thumped the Pakistan , pushing the Pakistani army back , way beyond borders of India. This war was fought over the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir. It continued for two years , involving bitter disputes and riots , which took many innocent lives but the quick action of the Indian army helped to control the situation and the Pakistani army surrendered some terrorities which was a tactical win for India. the India army fought the "BATTLE OF PHILLORA" in which Indian and the pakistani army engaged in a heavy tank battle. This ferocious battle took place in the north western frontiers of punjab , in Sialkot where the Indian infantry unit led by Major Bhupinder Singh , raged beyod the LOC and destroyed pakistani M-48 Tanks. The regiment named as Hodson's horses , won this battle in which the braveheart Maj Bhupinder , a tank commander sacrificed his life. The Indian army captured phillora district in Punjab from the northern and western sides , helping them to pull back a major portion of India back in it's side. Due to the lack of globalistaion and digitalistaion , Rumours went out that The Indian infantry unit could not defeat the The pakistani tank consisting of M-48 tanks but ignoring this fact, The Indian infantry unit marched on. In a ferocious shelling , Major Bhupinder Singh , destroyed 6 to 10 tanks and thumped every enemy who came his way. The act of exemplary courage and bravery shown by The Major , gave him a godly figure in the army but later on succumbed to the injuries during the war.

Later on , In the year 1967 , The Indian army , won back areas of Rezang la and Nathu la from China , avenging their defeat of 1962 in a grand fashion. The Indian army including The Sikh light infantry , Rajputana rifles and the 2 grenadiers thrashed the Chinese army by a heavy but accurate firing across the borders. the Indian army comprehensively won this great battle and the hero of war Brigadier Rai Singh Yadav , sacrificed his life for the country. He was awarded with the MVC (Maha Vir Chakra) posthumously which is the second most decorated army award after the Param Vir Chakra. The whole battle field , after the war was filled with chants of "BHARAT MATA KI JAI" which was the sign the that unit had done a great job and they were feeling very proud. In 1971 , one of the fiercest battles was fought between India and Pakistan , wherein Indian army decisively emerged victorious compelling the Pakistani army to surrender the eastern frontiers of Pakistan . Maj brigadier Kuldeep Sing Chandpuri with his exemplary leadership and military skills choked the Pakistani army from all sides and he alone, blew away 5 pakistani tanks coming his way. He was awarded MVC and VSM ( Visisth Seva Medal) . This was India's greatest victory over Pakistan and is celebrated as Vijay Diwas.  The 1999 , also known as the Kargil War , was fought fiercely between the Indian and Pakistani army . This battle made innumerous records and gave this Indian motherland many brave sons. Indian army put up a show of exemplary bravery and excellent military skills and evasively won this battle capturing the high altitude areas of Dras and Kargil , which currently is the highest battlefield in the world. The Indian army , faced setbacks while Ascending the rough terrain of Kargil but heroic deeds of Captain Vikram batra and grenadier Yogendra sing yadav saved the Indian unit and all of them fought bravely. Between the heavy shelling and firing from Pakistani side, the Indian army answered them bravely and struck back with tanks as well as towed artilery. Captain Vikram Batra , sacrificed his life and showed up extreme military skills and valor during the tough times.
