GOVERNMENT'S "OVER-OBSESSION" WITH OFFLINE EXAMS : AN APPEAL TO CANCEL BOARD EXAMS

 The second wave of the COVID-19 virus has completely engulfed the whole nation again and it seems as if the dark days of sorrow , fear and apprehension are back. The cases have been rising continuously for the last 2 weeks and we have been officially informed that this is the second wave of the virus which would turn out to be deadlier and more atrocious. With the cases spiking above 1 lakh 20 thousand , state governments have started imposing certain minor yet important restriction in order to curb the rate of infectivity. The virus this time around has quite a high mutancy as well as infectivity rate and thus it proves to be 3 times deadlier than the previous one. However , its quite agonizing that we haven't taken lessons from the previous wave which is the major cause of this virus prevailing and dwelling again. People are roaming on roads without masks , gatherings and parties are being organized , curfews and lockdowns are not being properly followed and above all offline exams having the physical presence of students are being undertaken.

                  The previous wave had wreaked havoc across the whole nation and keeping in mind the severity of the situation , the Central government had imposed complete lockdown across the whole nation as a result of which the schools along with major coaching institutes had been shutdown and we witnessed a new way of education - namely the very famous "Online classes" . Amid the rising fear , the Board examinations had been cancelled and the minor exams which were to be given by students were conducted online. The online classes had brought or caused a lot of confusion in our young minds , however , they courageously fought the challenging situation and came out of it from which it was clear that the clarity of concepts and studies they should gain was not there . The previous year when the cases on a daily basis where merely crossing 500 , all exams across university and even the board were cancelled but this present year when the situation has gone out of hand and is even more dangerous than the previous one , the cases have just shot up sky high and our touching the giant number of 20-30,000 daily then our education ministry and the Government has some other plans. In spite of knowing the fact that the situation this time around is more severe and dangerous , the education boards have clearly rejected the proposal of students to cancel the exams and have firmly declared the time-table would remain unchanged which to me and all those 5 lakhs students looks utterly ridiculous and peculiar. Needless to say , this refusal or the ignorance can lead to drastic consequences as they are clearly staking the life of millions of young ignited minds out there. They have given assurances that they would take care of the safety of students and all protocols would be followed which again is a vague or in words a meaningless statement keeping in mind the fact , that celebrities , actors and politicians , who consume numerous healthy foods , practice fitness regimes and wear regularly their masks and shields regularly are getting positive , then how can we be safe when we follow such a simple or rather say an "insecure" lifestyles. The schools across the nation had re-opened during the December-January season and it was promised to the parents that they would take care of all safety measures but despite all those fake assurances , numerous students were tested positive and that too in large groups. Just for 6 hours , their whole week was ruined and many of them lost their lives too, Moreover , 2020 was the most challenging year , and that too especially for students where there was no direct or physical means for class , not a single class for doubts . They never gained clarity in the concepts they were reading. Sitting before phones , laptops and computers had strained their eyes. Less than 20% of knowledge would have gotten into their heads and above all , many of them didn't had access to even this 20 % , then how can the Council expect the students to write exams in an offline mode. When we studied on Zoom , then why should we give exams in rooms. Is it fair ?? Does it make sense?? What would be the effect on our performances?? Can the Council , for god sake answer my simple questions. There are different kinds of students including the bright , dull or the average students . For bright students which mainly include the toppers are well versed and prepared for the exams since they have an edge over other students in their concentration and grasping power but for those who are average or mediocre or poor students , it becomes very difficult for them t o manage in the situation like this and thus to give respect to the skill and knowledge of all students and equal platform free of prejudice must be made. To be very honest and frank , we are not at all prepared for an Offline Boards because it's clear that we don't have right guidance , a right strategy to score well. A disorganized study plan can never bring you laurels but what matters to the Council is just a meaningless demand of Offline Boards. 

       According to our beloved Prime Minister , exams are just a small part of our lives and we shouldn't much bother about it , then why don't you cancel if its a small part ? Apart from all these stuff , on the exam day we would be engulfed in anxiety , tension , fear and sky high nervousness , it would be extremely humid and then also , we would have to sit with our masks on for about 3 hours or even more than that. In this kind of drastic situation , where every student is facing the odds , then how is it possible to score good. Mental ability or state is the one fact which would play a big role here and undoubtedly we all would under immense mental pressure which would surely affect our retentive power and our output on the answer sheets. Every single year , apart from this year , the Board exams have been conducted in a healthy , peaceful and tranquil environment as a result of which the results have been quite amazing but to our very surprise , why is the injustice being done to the 2020-21 batch only , It should be equal for all.

Keeping in mind , the severity of the situation , If any student tests positive for COVID-19 , then who would take the responsibility of that child. Moreover , if has tested positive , then its quite apparent that the infection would have already affected thousands. A child would come to the exam hall to attend the exams but apparently , he would putting to risk the lives of all his family members , including his siblings and old people if present any. The situation is very demanding and is utterly serious. Any impulsive action can lead to devastating effects.

We all know that the situation out there is adverse and it is going to become like a hell in the coming days . Though Vaccines have been introduced , the high mutancy rate of the virus has almost made it invincible . We need to take precautionary measure in order to break the chain of infection which would possible only when we observe "Corona-curfew" for few days and remain inside homes. Stepping outside our home , would keep our family at a high risk of being infected thus

RESPECTING SENTIMENTAL VALUES OF WOMEN : DEMAND OF HARSH PUNISHMENTS FOR CULPRITS

  

India is a land where the ancestral teachings suggests that women are a source of Divine power and tranquility. Women in our nation are known to be "shakti" . The Hinduism teachings too suggests that long time back, we had goddesses incarnated in different forms and this is what we worship today. In spite of all these teachings , preachings and valuable doctrines what we are doing is absolutely shameful .What's happening in our society is just beyond imagination and is so disgusting that we fell shame when we speak it.But Can you imagine as to whom are being made the targets of this ultra - shameful act?? Considerably , women are being made the victims of this shameful act. Our nation , was once profound of the very fact , that we respected women , we kept them safe but the current scenario is just opposite to what it was said. 

                   

  In our society today , Women are not at all safe, they are being physically assaulted and raped brutally and what their families gain is nothing but , an indemnity and that too in the form of fake promises and fake resignations from the post by politicians.Once , our society was an epitome of exceptional safety of woman but its fortunes have declined , unnoticed. There was a time , when they used to roam freely at nights but now , since those monsters are out , they can't . These innocent women have become one of the most untouched section of the society about which nobody cares for.They have been deprived and held inferior as a result of which these rapes and assaults are increasing day-by-day. There is no punishment for the culprits and they are allowed to roam freely around our homes , making the envoirnment full of apprehension and fear. These ugly chaps are mad people who live into their own world and they are devoid of souls and a heart . They don't respect even their own mothers and sisters. They are not doing a simple act but instead they are commiting sins for which they would be damn'd and it would take them indefinite births to wash off from their shoulders the misdeed they are doing. The people who do so , are not even animals , as animals have a heart but instead they are monsters in real life . The act which they are doing is against all doctrines and teachings , In fact , its against the rich cultural heritage of our nation but suprisingly , the judiciary of our nation , is just overlooking these and is saying it as "PETTY CRIMES". It has dozzed off and is now snoring .

                        

    What should women do now ?? Where should they go , if the judicial system in their country is so weak and poor ?? Should they continue to become the victims of their dreadful act ??When one would ask this question to the Central Government including our hon'ble PM and President , I am sure they won't utter a word and zip up their mouths because we all know how this whole system runs , full of corruption and false acts . We have huge budgets for the guarding the borders of the nation but can't our government invest for the safety and integrity of the women ?? Well that's a huge question for our government and I am sure they would find some lofty Hindi words and would promote a spokesperson to disguise the public. Today , we all know , nations like CHINA , USA , FINLAND , CANADA , RUSSIA AND SWITZERLAND are regarded as one of the safest for women in the earth. They have a strict execution system and one who is found guilty would be punished with extreme force and brute harshness , as a result of which , no one even dares to look up to women and I , as a responsible citizen and an integral part of this democracy demand a system even more harsh than this where the culprits must be "PUBLICLY HANGED" OR MUST BE "BEHEADED". I know that many politicians or people would  say it too harsh or inhumane but before saying this just remember the pain and sufferings of our sisters which they suffer when they are victimized . It's a democracy , we all know , but when the system is unified and the judicial system acts under full dictatorship , then no one will even dare to stare upon women. Remember folks , this is the land where the whole "MAHABHARATA" and "RAMAYANA" was fought , just for the sake of integrity , safety and individual rights of the women and thus we should learn from the history where Women were treated close to gods . We need to go back in time and imbibe good things .

                   Punishments would help to create and conjure a fear , terror and horror in the culprits and they would always think twice and thrice before committing shameful acts. Not only punishments , but a proper education regarding self - defence must be imparted and it should be made a compulsory subject for every single women in the nation. They are few reformers in our nation who are on to this great act and they have organised work shops for it. Women are our pride and they shall always remain so , and thus it's our duty to safeguard there rights and respects . Taking out processions and holding candled would do no good but quick and effective actions would help to eradicate these devil actions from our society. Spreading awareness of women safety is good but practical approach along with processions make it a compact National movement. The government and Our judiciary must devise methods and systems so that we can stop those shameless people from committing these shameful acts again.

          Women should become strong too, they should walk with with pride without any fear and apprehension in their minds because a strong and confident mind is the way to quick and effective decisions and actions.....

We can't bear these anymore and thus , we must stand united against this social evil. Let's provoke the Government and Judicial system and bring about an end to these by slaying the sinners and wrongdoers.

FROM A NET IMPORTER TO NET EXPORTER : THE UNTOLD STORY

  

After Independence , India was ram shackled by the heavy administration drain of the Britishers .    First of all , Let's discuss about India's prowess in medical equipments and supplements . During the outbreak of the COVID-19 Pandemic ,India evolved itself as a juggernaut in supplying the best quality drugs , medical equipments and  PPE kits around the world . When the whole world was fed up of low quality Chinese imports of medical supplements , India came up with a hand of help for many countries and thus surpassed China in exporting these goods . In a single day , itself India became the largest exporter of PPE kits in the world with all of those supplements being manufactured in India. During the month of March , India use to import ventilators and its various parts from China but amid the face off and the rising tensions between the two nations at the border , the Indian government called for Made in India ventilators. In just a matter of two months , BEL(Bharat Electronics Limited) and DRDO (Defense Research Development Organization) manufactured a whopping amount of 75,000 ventilators and all imports of Chinese ventilators were banned . Even , the raw materials and the spare parts of these ventilators were being manufactured under the leadership of many private companies such as Mahindra and Maruti as a result of which our nation became the net exporter of ventilators all across the world including Russia , USA and France. India made a huge profit and the dedicated efforts of our scientists paid off.

                    USA ,due to sudden hike in cases , ran short of essential drugs as a result of which , our nation exported about 50 million pills of Hydroxychloroquine(HCQ) and thus proved its mettle even in the toughest of times. 

              

 

  

  Once an importer of huge military equipments , India , now stands tall as everest in manufacturing and exporting it. BEL(Bharat Electronics Limited) , DRDO( Defense Research Development Organization) ,BDL (Bharat Dynamics Limited) and HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Limited) were the companies under which the defense sector of the nation flourished and could export a huge amount of missiles , rifles , ammunitions and Carbines to countries like Singapore , Malasiya , Bangladesh , Sri Lanka and  Taiwan. DRDO and BDL took an active part in the Ballistic missile development programme as a result of which India now has an arsenal full with the deadliest missiles and nukes in the world . The AGNI-I, II, III , IV , V and VI are known as the best inter - continental ballistic missiles and India has recently made a deal with Taiwan for its export. Guns , Rifles and Snipers are some equipments in which India has succeeded to manufacture it. Privatization in India's defense sector has added to the successful results . Companies like SSS Defense ,  PLR systems and L&T are some of the big private players in the form of private small arms manufacturing companies. Over the years , these companies have yielded some of the best variants and qualities of snipers and carbines as a result of which the Defence Ministry of India has dropped out a deal with "CARCAL" which is a small arm manufacturing company based in UAE. This has been done in order to promote the "Make in India" movement. Gradually , these companies have grown and are now exporting variety of arms , ammunitions and missiles . India's exports to Bangladesh , Nepal , Myanmar , Sri Lanka and Afghanistan has accounted for a huge revenue which is expected to increase over the years .

                            

 

 

 

   Mobile and component manufacturing was the sector where India failed every single time it tried so . It's export percentage has risen above 195 % surpassing that of China whose export percentage has dropped by 25 %. India's rise as a tech giant is just mind boggling and the stats itself suggest how , India's graph has grown up. Set Up Boxes are too being manufactured in India at bulk due to which it is able to export a huge amount of them to various other countries. There is a tough competition between India and China and our nation has edged out China , for sure.

              

 

 

   Car Manufacturing and exporting in India has generated a huge amount of revenue with all their components such as gear boxes , pistons  , engines and tires being manufactured purely in India.Over the years , our nation has became the 4th largest exporter of cars in the world accounting for a huge revenue. In terms of exporting air craft parts , India has rode a path of immense progress and is now the 15th largest exporter of aircraft spare parts .

India is a land of diverse religions , caste , tribe , creed and colour. In spite of being divided by so many factors , India stands united in every situation. This pious nation is a home to a diverse variety of flora and fauna and holds a special place in the hearts of nature lovers. It is a home to charming natural beauty and exceptional scenery which make it a perfect destination for tourists. India's economy is largely funded by the Tourism Department and more than 10 % of the money in our economy is accounted by the Tourism department of India. However , there lie many unexplored and adventurous destination which are unexplored by our countrymen as they have a poor connectivity and hospitality facilities but are well nurtured by mother nature and they are summoning the whole nation with all their heart. This will help to generate revenue for those remote destinations by utilising which , they can develop world class hospitality and connectivity.

                          

 

 

  I am talking about one of the unexplored destinations of our country named as the North east India. Lying in the laps of the lower Himalayas, this zone of India is home to some of the most scenic and breath taking views in the world . The lush green valleys , snow capped towering ranges and the sun  peeping through the mist clinging on to the forests will win over your hearts . Sikkim , Arunachal Pradesh , Assam , Mizoram , Tripura and Nagaland are some of the iconic states located in North east India. Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh are the most beautiful states in the whole North East. Sikkim , has attracted a huge number of tourists over the last few years and the government too has collaborated actively . the state of Sikkim was earlier a disputed state ,however it became a state of India 16th May , 1975 after India won the war against China in 1965. From then , it has been a scintillating journey for this state. Especially , the tourism department of the state has been on song. This state is famous for the viewpoint of Mt Kanchenjunga , which is second highest peak in India. Throughout the city of Gangtok , one can have a mesmerizing glimpse of the mountain. This state holds an important place in the history of India as this is the first gateway to China and the first trade between India and China , known as the silk trade was done through this state . This state is connected well with major nearby states and is like the paradise of north east. The rare animal , known as the Red Panda is found here . Sikkim's flora and fauna is awe-inspiring as this state is the home to a whopping 4000 species of flowers and accounts for about 30 % of total variety of birds found in the Indian subcontinent . One can view these amazing creatures while they are moving throughout the city. Clean and fresh air with Zero pollution makes Sikkim the best of all. This state has its own wealthy stature and is an integral part of this nation. The support shown by the local tourists has been immense and this has helped the state to progress along with prosperity. The whole city of Gangtok looks like a wonderland and it feels as if one is driving through the valleys of Switzerland . I visited Sikkim back in January , 2019 and I had a colossal experience . Sikkim was a paradise . 

                        

 

 

  Arunachal Pradesh , a state or a disputed territory located in the eastern most part of India is again a visual treat for all the visitors . Located close to the China border, this whole state is energetic and lively as the flow of the Brahmaputra River . It is the home to one of the most dangerous and highest motor-able roads in the world. Draped in cotton like furl of clouds , this place is best for peace lovers and is just as the heaven a nigh. Arunachal is not about luxurious hotels and fine dine hospitality but is all about thrill , fun and adventure . The one who knows real essence and meaning of backpacking can go there . Waterfalls , lush green sites and some snow capped mountains at the far horizon are some of the common sights and thus , these things make it a wonderland for camping. Interestingly , this state is a home to some of the most thrilling and dangerous hanging bridges in India , where in you will just get goosebumps when you look down to see the bank of the river. It is a home to over more than 4000 varieties of tribe all of which form the part of the cultural diversity in the nation. Hindi, is the most widely spoken language in arunachal pradesh and in true sense , it is the official language of the state . Though all the tribes have their own vernacular language but Hindi comes into play every time you meet a local. People of Arunachal Pradesh are just amazing and according to me , they are one of the happiest and kind hearted people in the world and they will always make your day by putting up that long curve on their faces . Though , these people are very helpful , they are not so packed up with education but this seen , mostly in the villages. However , due to the dedicated and whole hearted efforts of the Arunachal government , education has been made free to the people and the literacy rate has jumped up to nearly 20% over the last few years . Many people in the village even speak English and this act is the mirror of increasing literacy rate of the dwellers there. Hunting is common in Arunachal pradesh and the govt has no plans to ban this in future in order to promote the lively customs and traditions of the tribals residing there . 

                                             Literally speaking , there are no hotels in some tourists places of Arunachal pradesh , however , one will get lodges and guest houses built by the Forest department and the Indian army. Although at some places , it becomes extremely difficult to find accommodation. 

IN SHORT , I WOULD SAY THAT NORTHEAST INDIA , AS A WHOLE IS AN ULTIMATE PARADISE ON EARTH , WITH THE NATURE NURTURING THIS FANTASY IN ITS LAP. HOWEVER , MANY PEOPLE IN THE NORTH INDIA OFTEN BULLY AND MOCK THEM WHEN THEY COME HERE IN OUR PLACE. THEY ARE ALWAYS CALLED AS NEPALIS OR CHINESE , THOUGH THEY ARE REAL PATRIOTS OF OUR NATION. NORTHEAST , AS IT FEELS TO ME IS A DREAMLAND JUST LIKE HEAVEN WHICH , WHICH IS DESIGN AND FORMULATED BY THE ALMIGHTY HIMSELF , WITH NO CRIMES , NO DISPUTES AND NO CALAMITIES . THE PEOPLE RESIDING THERE ARE OUR OWN BROTHERS , SISTERS AND KINS AND WE MUST DULY RESPECT THEIR SENTIMENTAL VALUES.....
